Refunds Policy for Alfavision

Thank you for shopping with Alfavision. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return a product, please review our Refunds Policy below.

 

Refund Eligibility

 

  1. Damaged or Faulty Products:
    • If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 30 days of receipt.
    • To request a refund, contact us through our designated “Contact Us” page with details and proof of the damage or fault.
    • We will arrange for the return of the product and either provide a replacement or issue a refund.
  2. Incorrect Products:
    • If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 30 days of receipt.
    • Contact us through our designated “Contact Us” page with details of the incorrect item received.
    • We will arrange for the return of the incorrect product and either provide the correct item or issue a refund.
  3. Change of Mind:
    • If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
    • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Contact us through our “Contact Us” page to initiate a return. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of the damage).
  2. Return Authorization:
    • Upon approval, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Return the Product:
    • Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
    • Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. Ensure you obtain a proof of shipment.
  4. Refund Confirmation:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, excluding any applicable restocking fees and shipping charges.

 

Important Notes

  • Packaging and Shipping Costs: Packaging and shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or faulty product).
  • Handling Fees: Returns for change of mind are subject to a handling fee of $55 per order.
  • Firmware Upgrades: If you attempt to upgrade the firmware with an incompatible region firmware and require us to reflash it, a fee of $180 (including GST) will be charged. This service is not guaranteed.
