Freight Terms and Conditions

  1. SecureWatch reserves the right to charge freight for large and/or heavy items that will be quoted on a case by case basis.
  2. SecureWatch reserves the right to charge freight for what we deem to be unusual delivery circumstances. Such circumstances will require a quote for each delivery.
  3. Any order for products shipping to regional and remote area, or items marked as Non-Free-Freight will be placed on hold and a SecureWatch representative will contact your company to advise freight charges.
  4. SecureWatch reserves the right to limit the number of products purchased on an order in unusual circumstances.
  5. All freight prices quoted on the SecureWatch website, advertising material and downloadable documentation is excluding GST unless explicitly stated.
  6. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  7. Any order below $300ex, additional freight charges to be added to your order.
  8. Any order above $300ex for Metro areas, SecureWatch will provide free freight, this excludes: • Overweight (single items over 25kg)
  • Additional liftgate service
  • International consignments
  • Deliveries to Islands or Territories outside the Australian Mainland
  1. Any order above $300ex for regional and remote, there will be additional freight charges to be added to your order.
  2. Optional premium air freight options are available with an additional fee. Please contact us to find out more.
  3. SecureWatch reserves the right to charge freight on any order.
  4. SecureWatch requires someone to be available to receive orders at the specified address during business hours. If no one is available SecureWatch reserves the right to charge a redelivery fee of $15 ex GST for each subsequent attempt. If an order is cancelled following a failed delivery attempt, but the same products are reordered again within 30 days to the same address, a $15 ex GST freight charge will be added to the new order.
  5. All items on an order placed will be delivered to the address specified during the checkout process. Items cannot be split for separate delivery addresses when ordering via the SecureWatch website, please contact your Account Manager for special arrangement.
  6. Once an order has been placed on the SecureWatch website you are unable to change the delivery address. Please contact your Account Manager if you would like to make a change once an order has been processed.
  7. Special freight arrangements can be organised on a case by case basis.
  8. SecureWatch may not be able to provide a specific time and date for each delivery and reserves the right to withhold this information if we believe it is inaccurate.
  9. SecureWatch reserves the right to limit the number of products purchased on an order in unusual circumstances.
  10. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  11. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on either the next business day or when stock is available, depending on which occurs first.
  12. SecureWatch is unable to deliver any orders to Post Office Boxes. If an order is placed with a Post Office Box address we will contact you for a physical address. SecureWatch reserves the right to charge a redelivery fee if the order has already been dispatched.
  13. If an order is placed via the SecureWatch website and either the item or the delivery zone requires a quote and you’re paying via credit card, you are required to pay the full amount owing for the items on your order at the time of processing. Once contacted by a SecureWatch representative, you will need to pay the additional freight charge quoted to you before the order is released for delivery.
  14. SecureWatch does not charge for orders marked as “pickup”. These orders must be collected between 9AM and 4PM Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  15. Electronic products such as licenses and warranties do not incur any freight charge.
  16. If you specifically request items on an order to be split and the first order qualifies for free freight, SecureWatch reserves the right to charge a delivery fee on the second order.
  17. Orders that require part shipment/backorder will only be charged freight on the first shipment (if required). All subsequent shipments to complete the order will be made via standard road freight and will not be charged freight provided they are within the bounds of the aforementioned policy.
